About Us
IT Direct was established in June 2010. We only sell brand new Consumer
Electronics retail products. We ship all products from our warehouse
situated on Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
All our products are brand new, retail boxed, and come with the full
manufacturer UK guarantee.
Price, Delivery and VAT:
1. For orders shipping to addresses on the UK Mainland, the
prices on this web site are shown fully inclusive of UK VAT, where
applicable, and goods are in free circulation within the European Union.
No duties or taxes are payable upon receipt of your order.
2. For orders delivered to addresses in countries outside the UK,
you may be asked to pay Tax at the rate appropriate for the receiving
country. This tax, on top of the total value of the order, may be
collected by the Post Office of the country delivering the order.
3. All deliveries to the UK Mainland are despatched via Guernsey
Post 1st Class, and delivered on the mainland by Royal Mail.
All items are usually delivered within 7 working days from the date you
place the order.
We endeavour to despatch your order within 1 to 3 working days of
receipt of your order.

Credit and Debit cards:
When you add an item to the basket, the Order screen (where you input
personal details and credit/debit details), will change to a fully
secure, encrypted payment page. You will know it is encrypted because
the web page address at the top of your web browser will have the letter
's' after the http (e.g. https://www.paymentgatewayonline.com/....). You
will also see a yellow padlock icon at either the top or bottom of your
web browser.
Please note, in order to protect the registered owner of the credit or
debit card being used to pay for the order from fraudulent use, the
Delivery address you enter on the order screen must match the registered
Billing address of the credit or debit card (i.e. the address where your
card statements are sent to).
